Shipping & Replacement

1. Shipping:

Standard Delivery time is 10-15 working Days.

 

2. Returns and Replacement

We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that :
• the item may be damaged during transit.
• or there might be a manufacturing defect.
• or that a wrong item is delivered to you.

In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost (excluding shipping, provided that the request for replacement of the item is made within the stipulated time frame which is 24 hrs of receiving the parcel and with a complete and unedited 360 degrees unboxing/opening video of the parcel received.

To get a replacement, email us your Order Number, unboxing video, and the reason for returning. Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, you are requested to send the item back to us. Once we receive the item back we will then arrange for the replacement of the item through our logistics partner for which shipping will have to be paid by you for both sides. In case of a replacement, our logistics partners will attempt delivery of the items thrice. In case the delivery is not executed during all three attempts, due to the recipient not available / premises locked, etc., the customer will be charged for re-attempt the delivery. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return/replacement without our confirmation.

For any Electronic Tools & Machines read terms and conditions in the description of the product (those terms are in addition to these).

Note: After the replacement of any product, further replacement or repairing will not be entertained. Similarly, for the electronic items like the Binding tool and all LED Frames, one-time replacement or repairing will take place. After repaired or replaced item is sent back, no further query will be entertained.

1.1 As soon as you receive the product, kindly make a 360 degrees video while opening the parcel. No replacement or return request will be appreciated if the video is not there. The video will be accepted only if sent within 24 hours of delivery.

In case the damage takes place due to our lack or at our end, (only when the video proof is there), Unfortunately, we are unable to refund postage costs on any item. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel back to us using a delivery service that insures you of the value of the goods as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the post.

1.2 Your rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances:

Any products that we have made, personalized or customized specifically for you.

Where, in our opinion, you have not taken reasonable care of goods whilst in your possession and have not been returned with the original packaging.

If you have made a spelling mistake on your order and it has been sent for production.

You have disposed of the item you have an issue with.

Where you provide us with a poor quality and or wrong photo/image for any personalization we are not responsible.

1.3 Postage and packing:  Costs for unwanted items cannot be refunded after 30 working days from when the order was delivered.

Please note: You have a duty to return the item to us and the cost of doing so is your responsibility, except if the item is faulty or does not comply with the contract.

The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our warehouse, unless sent via special delivery.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

The address for returns is shall be asked by us via mail or whatsapp before returning the parcel.

1.4 Discounts: If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level. Please note you can only use one discount code per order.

1.5 I received the wrong it: If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement along with the video of opening the parcel. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

1.6 Faulty/Defective Goods: If the item you received is faulty, please contact our customer care team quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for the return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement along with the video of opening the parcel. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

 

1.7 Colour: The shade of colour of the product you receive may not exactly match the colour as displayed by our website on your device due to colour gamut variations and calibrations on screen. Please be aware that if an exact shade colour match is important to you, your order is placed at your own risk.
